Banshoo — which means “sunset” in Japanese — creates beautiful dishes and distinctive beverages for our nightly guests. Choose from a selection of specialty sushi rolls, fresh sashimi and inventive signature seafood dishes, along with signature cocktails, wines and sake. All rolled up into a casual atmosphere, with sushi bar and table service options.
